*** We Love... Space 2013 ***

Likewise you get tossers from all over the world, not just Essex. I've met decent people from Essex, and w*nkers from all sorts of places not normally associated with being a haven for such people.

You wouldn't even have a fifteenth of the amount of Essex people in circo loco 7 years ago when it was sweaty dirty and minimal. Maybe in cream and all that stuff. And they literally all wear tiny shorts, vests and those socks pulled halfway up their calves. Like boring clones all dancing and looking the same. They like the boring so called 'deep house' (lol) because they don't have to get sweaty and ruin their quiffs.

Theres a program on TV in Britain called 'the only way is Essex' its basically about some boring rich kids from Essex. One in particular 'Joey Essex' has got a particular style of dress which a lot of boys copy (small tight shorts, socks pulled up high, quiff). I'm all for people dressing how they like except in the case of clones it goes through me a bit and the style just reminds me of something an 11 year old girl would wear for gym class. Cringe like f'in sheep they are. Bet they all went to that disclosure thing in space too VOM

I think I remember having a wristband like 7 years ago. I only caught the tail end just before it shut down and came back different..last time I went and it was still awesome was 2010.

For those that have seen Groove Armada there this year, what was their set time? I'm hoping to catch them and then run over to Sankey's for the Viva Warriors party.

WE LOVE + Aniversary Space Ibiza 2013

Feels like it was yesterday when the club that have made a difference in electronic music launched out, but it has been 24 years since that summer of 1989 and Space Ibiza remains stronger than ever and with fully renewed illusions. On Sunday, August 11th, starting at 7pm, we will blow the candles along with We Love... to celebrate Pepe Roselló's dream birth; a dream that ended up becoming a wonderful reality through the years. As usual in Space Ibiza, music will be the main character of this anniversary, with the actings of Fat Boy Slim, 2manydjs, Joris Voorn, DJ Ralf, Agoria, Technasia, Jaymo & Andy George, The Correspondents, A1 Bassline Vs Leon Vynhall, Foamo, Digital Genetic Pasta, YAYA, Mr Doris, Alfredo & Jaime Fiorito, Jem Haynes Vs Jason Bye, Mo Funk, Ian Blevins, and DJ Callum. The headliner for this special event will be no other than Fatboy Slim, one of the few indispensable names in clubbing history and an artist whose career is tightly linked to Space Ibiza, where he has played in countless occasions. And, as we could expect, he did not want to miss such an important date and promises a set full of strength and electronic consistence. Others Space Ibiza's friends, 2manydjs, who already played in the Opening Fiesta 2013, come back minded to give the best out of themselves in a night full of happiness and celebration. Joris Voorn, DJ Ralf, Agoria and Technasia are other big names that will guarantee high carats music. But during the last 24 years, the real main characters of Space Ibiza's success were you; the thousands of people that have generously passed the club's doors in order to share unique experiences and unforgettable anecdotes with us. This anniversary is for you.

This Sunday, August 11th from 7pm, Space Ibiza and We Love... invite you to the funniest birthday on the White Island.

well I say thats the terraza, but im confused by the line of people at DJ height to the right of the DJ overlooking the dancefloor.. was that always there??!! I think I'm going mad

In this case someone pointed out to me Mixmag put a mirror effect on one of the shots so we were in fact looking at the raised vip bit to the left of the DJ from his PoV. (even if it appears we were watching people to his right)

***space we love***

Hi All,

I see Space do an early entry ticket for 20 euros on a Sunday has anyone done this before? if so is it busy ? and what are the drink prices like early doors ?

Thanks
Lee

drinks aren't any cheaper if you go in early. if you go in before 9, it just starts getting busy and the premier etage (1st floor) is a great place to get into the mood for a long night at space.

I just saw myself at that vid. OMG did joris voorn ever do an amazing job, if there was a night to enjoy to the fullest, this was it.
