DJ Fresh two hours ago... he smashed it once again!

We are gutted to hear that Example has badly damaged his ankle and is having to cancel his shows at W.A.R! in Mallorca on 13/9 and Ibiza on 14/9 as a result.

The rapper has severe tendonitis of his Achilles and calf muscles and is under doctor's orders not to perform for at least the next 14 days.

The star has been talking about his problems on Twitter. "Have had to cancel a few gigs over the next few weeks. I can barely walk...My shows rely on a lot of energy and bouncing around like a lunatic which I can't do at the moment. Doctors have told me to rest."

We wish him a speedy recovery and are working hard on a replacement for these shows. Watch this space……

Even if this week's Example show was cancelled his partner in crime DJ Wire was backstage (and on stage!) hanging with Mak, Doorly and Artwork!

After them, Wiley made a short but effective performance...

Mark Ronson & Zane Lowe @ WE ARE ROCKSTARS (21.09.12)

One of the busiest fridays of the season with the return of Ronson & Lowe. On a curious note, the last song they played (and the last one of the summer) was "I wanna be your lover" by Prince... niiice!

Afterwards I was invited to a party at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel penthouse, where the support bands usually stay (main bands are accommodated at Pikes)... it would've be rude not to, specially since I've never been up there before!

Rinse FM hosted a stage @ Ibiza Rocks and sent Julie & Yinka on a mission to cause some havoc!
