Oh it went down a TREAT! It probable took about an hour in all, with preperation etc. I had to use two pans in the end because as I was adding mroe and more stuff into it, it was growing bigger than the pan! It tasted lovely though, the rice was perhaps a little bit stodgy, think I probably added maybe one too many cups of stock, but it didnt take away the taste though.
Everyone was really impressed and Jon even took an extra bowl for his lunch today.
I'll definately make it again, its such a healthy meal and relatively easy to make
