Tonight I am cooking...

Oh it went down a TREAT! It probable took about an hour in all, with preperation etc. I had to use two pans in the end because as I was adding mroe and more stuff into it, it was growing bigger than the pan! It tasted lovely though, the rice was perhaps a little bit stodgy, think I probably added maybe one too many cups of stock, but it didnt take away the taste though.
Everyone was really impressed :p and Jon even took an extra bowl for his lunch today.

I'll definately make it again, its such a healthy meal and relatively easy to make :D
