I lost a stone and a half in the first six weeks of this year...easy, just by going to the gym 5 days a week and doing an hour of cardio and also not eating any crap food.

That, combined with a weekday regimen of 'point and click' hand and finger exercisesBarbie said:Fraz said:Mark Sun said:Of course, dancing for 20 hours and not eating between Friday lunchtime and Sunday night seems to work pretty well too![]()

Thoroughly agree with you..... since cutting out carbs past 6.00pm that's all I can be arsed to cook when I get in - kept a stone off since Jan. AND it doesnt feel like a diet because all that veg fills you up!!
I too am cultivating a nice little stomach, when you combine it all with squash and 200 sit ups every night ....![]()
PL, what do you eat then in the evenings? I get home at about 6.30pm each night, normally I start cooking then, and most nights dont actually finish my meal until gone 8pm/ Obviously that food is going to be lying on my stomach all night, and not digesting. I just dont know what to do, short of not eating in the evenings at all![]()
