The Footy... (2011-2012 season)

Was Man City given a lesson by Man U? discuss

The lesson was, even at 2.0 up you still have to be competitive for the 2nd half, after looking comfortable for most of the 1st, I think we just didnt turn up for the second and got rightly beaten.

I will say though, clearly the ref had decided before the game that any attempt from city to win the ball in the middle of the park would result in a free kick to united. :spank: but im not bitter

I am very bitter

The weather on the way down was awful
£65 to park our minibus next to the ground
BAD TRAFFIC getting away from the ground as usual (I say as usual as its our 2nd most visited stadium this year  )
According to the papers we had a lesson in football? Cannot believe bacon face sat there at half time saying "well done lads you showed those noisy neighbours a thing or two in the first half 2-0 down really is going to plan"
And it rained all the way home....

So that's Fiberglass and Nosering out of Arsenal then. Cliché already gone.

Despite all of Wenger's talent, I just don't see how they will cope. They'll struggle to make top 6 this season!

Yes things are looking shaky at the Emirates. I'm concerned very concerned.

the spanish fixture lists have recently been announced and games will be played over the weekend (plus one on monday night) with kick offs every 2 hours from 12.00 until 22.00 with very few matches starting at the same time. apparently the early kick offs are to take avantage of the massive chinese market for football though there are many unhappy bunnies at the prospect of running around at high noon in august and september

Spanish players going on strike anyway!
(They've obviously been hanging out with airport workers. Bad influence )

I would go on strike playing at noon across Spain will be 100+ air temp. and the pitch will be even hotter.:spank: I guess live betting is more important than players health?

How does the kick off times have anything to do with live betting? You can do that at anytime anyway...
