@feynman there are more than Emiratis in Dubai pmsl - the place launders billions of dubious money from throughout the GCC and beyond. Don't be deceived by the idea that all the money in Dubai is legit oil money - that's way off the mark. It's a great cover though !
Plenty of tech people with flashy assets they are not all geeks in bottle-end glasses wearing converse, and even if they are you'll probably find them in Ushuaia VIP doing their best to have a good time with a load of hangers-on spending their money !
For all we know the Ferrari could be rented. Nothing about apparent wealth can be taken at face value. Pyramid schemes, Carousel fraud, bogus Investments, bribes & payoffs, even benefit fraud and cash economy etc at the lower end of things. There's more to crime than mafia. Not all crime is "organized crime" in the sense I think you are thinking. But even then plenty of Romanians & Albanians for example not showing too much concern about keeping themselves 'under the radar' in the way they often behave in public - from what I have seen anyway !!

kimajy's right - the whole thing stinks. the genuinely classy bohos of the past have been shunted aside by trashy crims and pimps.
Pimps were very often there in earlier days. German pimps (or close to pimps ) had a Location there : Pure Platinum It has a sister

Maybe you are Right . In Germany most of the Engineering and natural science people are conservative. In most cases no nerds ,but a
special kind of people. Never would go to Ibiza for dancing . Someof them go in to brothels with a hat in the face.I forgot the money side. And the 5or10percent which are different

The 42-year-old driver faces a speedy trial for an alleged crime against road safety for reckless driving and putting the lives of other people at risk.
