That is worrying.

Normally things are relative, I live in a low wage area, however everything else is relatively cheap- accommodation/food/alcohol. I guess that’s why housing is such an issue in Ibiza.

*Edited to reflect that housing is an issue across the Island and neighbouring islands in reflection of the new rules to restrict seasonal rentals, which effect availability/cost of accommodation

I Ibiza newspaper ( german Ibiza heute ) they have written that its hard to find any workers for Ibiza. You can not live there because
the mismatch earnings / costs. Even the policemen want to go. They try to come away from the island.
