Sunset Strip

Every year i end up with loads of photos of just the sunset

can't help it - its just one of those moments in life where you can be centred and appreciate the world

o.k. hippy talk over for tonight :D
 
Being first timers Andi and me headed to Del Mar to watch the sunset. All i can say is "we've been". Commercialised, overpriced and full of posers! For a REAL experience you have to go to Khumaras. No brits abroad, no commercialism just beautiful scenery, friendly locals and fantastic sangria!
 
Yes!! I went for the first time and spent practically my entire holiday on the strip!!! Off again tomorrow and determined not to fall for that again but will definately pay it a visit - what a place!!! :D :D
 
Err .. you lot .. I hope you dont think I am going to come on here whilst I am in Ibiza! If so ... :p

Easily done, but sometimes you just have to put that camera down and remember why you are there. There is so much more sunset to enjoy when you dont have a camera in your hand!
 
I cant believe i only made for one sunset...other than when i was flying in. I'm kinda chuffed at that cause it was the most beautiful moment watching that sun glow deep red as it dipped below the horizon. I've never seen the sun that colour ever. :eek: 8)
 
The sunset is one of the main reasons why ibiza is so special?? my personal fave is kanya not a s full as the strip itself. Sat and watched last year with a swedish guy and his dog he had lived there for 16 years and informed us that this one was the best he had ever seen! just made it that little bit more special.
Nothing on earth like it in my view even better with a ice cold jack daniels.
 
i love it when the DJ at for instance Savannah drops the perfect record as the sun drops into the ocean!!.....the cool beats, people clapping their hands and then they turn up the music and it gets more funky and happy than blissful and chillout´ish.......and the different people come in to do their act with fire or snakes or whatever!!! i just LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
