spotlight server slow?

Has anyone else noticed a slowdown on the spotlight server?

Takes several minutes for a page to load on my pc the past few days.
 
pls confirm if this is the case anyone. we've actually upgraded our server last weekend and it should be greased lightning ;)
 
Its slow.

I have actually been thinking it was my computer and that the 4gb of RAM was not enough?
 
I have tried to post a few times my config, had a server 503 one time.

Browsers: IE7.0 & IE8.0

Location: Leeds (UK)
 
All is okay here in Bonny Tyler Country whilst other non Ibiza Spotlight forums my Wife and family use are at times very slow. Which must prove Spotlight's new server is running fine?
 
my laptop and netbook are snail paced running xp and ie8 to view ibiza and benidorm forums but the wifey's w7 system is very fast. seems like my solution to buy new laptop with w7 could just do the trick. i advise everyone to do the same!
 
i think i've found the problem, it's to do with the rss feeds. should be fixed this evening! tks everyone
