Spanish air traffic controllers threaten strike

thats it then.i will get my own bag off plane plus walk it to pdb.will see weds

Mate, put 2 or 3 days spare clothes in the hand luggage, that way if they say only hand luggage you'll be ok, and then you can tell them to take your suitcase the next day.. I'm hoping airlines will let you do that..

Thats what I'm gonna do, or should I say hoping to do:roll:

So far with Thomson their website states some delays may be experienced, but they also say normal booking conditions still apply and no mention of not taking luggage8)

So hopefully this won't change between me leaving for gatwick this afternoon and checking in later;)

I would have thought that within 24hrs of flying they would know what is going on:roll:

To anyone flying out tomorrow, see you there (hopefully)8)

Have checked in tonight with Thomson at Gatwick and they say the luggage is still going as normal, I just have to endure a small delay of 2hrs in the morning.

See you all in Ibiza guys8)

Make sure you bring a good book or two, as more than likely, there will be much waiting around............

Dont trust what the airlines say.........

We had no beer or wine on our connecting flight from Madrid last night. We were told it was strike-related. The missus was most unimpressed!

my mate was supposed to be leaving with ryanair tonight, next flight he can get is saturday to glasgow
