Space Closing 2016

My excitement for this event is beyond now, it couldn't come any sooner! I agree with the resting up on Saturday/sunday afternoon. Hit up Music On Closing Friday night then rest up Saturday/Sunday get lots of food and fruit juice inside and prepare for the big day!!

I am going Ushuaia closing (if on the 1st) on the sat, not my ideal plan but the group who are meeting us ate only there for 3 nights so they want to go, still with it being an early finish gives plenty of time on the sunday to recover for space
 
Allot of people are asking to buy tickets on Facebook and other websites.

They want to buy from people that already have a ticket but tickets are on name right ? I have four, so it's my name +3. Its not 4 single tickets so how can you sell ? The only way is bring this people to the entrance and take them with you inside.....

I am not going to sell. Have 4 for 2 friends my girlfriend and me :) I hate ticketsellers that triple the price and make allot of money out off people that really really want to go but have no ticket. In Holland this is a big problem.

I am asking this so maybe this people need a warning to dont buy tickets this way only on Space website or here....

Yeh if you had a spare they would have to be with the ticket buyer, theres no harm in this other than as you say people massively inflate the price and those people are just pricks!

No its no harm if someone gets sick or what ever and you take somebody else ok. But its true right that you have to be with the ticket buyer to enter. Very good system. +10 for Space in this one.

Here parties sell out because groups of people buy them all and sell them for 30 or 50 euros more. You got this site "ticketswap" that restricts you to making online 15% profit for each ticket. Link with facebook so you can't sell fakes. People also asking for tickets there for Space closing, see facebook.
 
ticketswap in itself is also a bit of a rip off.
first, if anyone would actually bother to read their terms and conditions, they will be amazed to find out that they do not guarantee that the tickets are real, or that you will actually be able to enter the event.
all they do is cross reference their system, to check that the same ticket isn't sold twice.
the seller could still sell it on ticketswap and somewhere else, or even attend the event himself.
second, they do not check what is the price paid for the ticket, they ask you what you paid, so for instance, you can buy a ticket for 20euro, say it cost you a 100, and they'll let you sell it for 120... and why should they care? they make their money on 10% off the price of sale (5% from seller + 5% from the buyer).

that being said, I have found them usefull in getting tickets for sold out events, but I always find it funny how they have managed to convince so many people that are using them, that they are safer than say buying tickets off random people on facebook.
It's usually the company that is used for payment (credit card / paypal) that has your back in these cases, and not ticket outlets.
 
I'm just going to chuck in that IF you bought with spotlight and you don't wanna go or have too many tickets, instead of having the hassle trying to resell them, just cancel the ticket(s) and get a refund. you can't cancel one person out of a purchase for multiple people yourself, but we can sort that for you.

If all ticket sellers had spotlight policy, the world will be a better place. ;)
