I was there for Sasha set and defo was waiting fir it too but didn't here it
 
I went to the police station to see if my stolen purse had turned up. It wasn't there but there were literally HUNDREDS of empty purses, wallets etc etc from the night so worth a look if you got robbed too!
 
Arrived like at 8.00 thinking like many others. Got ticket yea I will be in 1 hour tops. Looked at the que and seen no organisation at all. It soon dawned if I dint jump the line I am gonna be waiting ages. So after bumping the que about 5 times we got in at around 10.

Do I feel guilty for jumping the line. No as there was thousands there who did t have tickets get in way before me. The organisation was a disgrace anyways ...

We even missed our friend Rafa di Siria DJ in the Premier etage so not a great start... but things certainly picked up. Had a chat with Rafa who had some interesting things to say about what happens next with Space... for another day...

Bob Sinclair , David Morales, Blocko and Alex P, Andy Baxter outside for Coxy Car park then back in for Graham
Sahara Roger Sanchez Morillio, Moy Santana and David Phillips then went into the discoteca for Sasha, Morillo and fishedoff with 1 hour of Coxy and Fancuilli ... I was done after that.

In some ways would have been amazing to stay longer but been at Coxy so many times and thought you know what I am happy with my lot.

Highlights were really all the sets.

Gat Decor - Passion - (Graham Sahara)

French Kiss - -lil Louis I think it was Brandon Block ???

Fly life - Basement Jaxx -(Morales)

MJ - Wanna be starting something - (David Phillips)

Another chance - (Roger Sanchez lol )

Imagine John Lenon ( Morillo/Coxy )

Missed the spotlight meet up as could t figure who was who but was in the meet up place by the cocktail bar.

But did meet with fellow Spotlighter Gutsy who one othe nicest blokes you can hope to meet.

It's gonna take something special to get me back to Ibiza after this. Been coming
I got last 5 years but most of the djs from my actual proper clubbing 1998-2006 era are doing very little now on the island.

Space was a magical chapter in my life and I got a bit emotional as I left the club. Woke up today with the biggest smile on my face too.

Maybe Clockwork next year or a proper Cream line up might tempt me.

Well as long as you got in ok, don't worry about the other poor souls queueing up diligently outside Don't you think if EVERYONE thought like that it would have been absolute bedlam, even worse than it was?

We saw a guy going round in the main arena pretending to be drunk/wasted putting his hands in guys pockets/girls bags. Luckily my other half noticed his wallet was bringing moved and jumped out the way. Shocking that people would go on a night out to do that

So then, apparently it says in that Ibizan newspaper that the scumbags across the road will be calling it Ushuaia Night...

Seriously hope that EDM falls on its arse and they go out of business!! Or at least, lose a staggeringly large amount of money!! Absolute tramps!!

I'll post a review on here (reviews section) once I can mentally cope with the task of doing one...

A worker told me ~6months ago it was going to be called Ushuaia Nights. I thought it was that bad a name it must be bullsh*t!
 
F*****g hope not.... Cannot believe that they are taking it over. I really do hope that they dont do the whole EDM thing in there....but you just know its gonna happen with that name. Insult to the building which was known as Space

As in one of my dreams, if Space can't go on in that place, just keep it as a temple!
Ey, that way we all could perigranate once a year to have a party :rolleyes:
