Are they offering refunds for tickets? I would of stayed and queued if it wasn't for my mate having that bad episode

The party will be going until gone midday and there's no queue to speak of. Plenty of time for you to still use your ticket. If you don;t want to queue / crush then just wait till it's quieter and go then.

Helping her doesn't involve money and/or being paid off unfortunately. Glad she is OK and recovering - nobody deserves that when waiting.

Yeah guess so, just pretty annoyed that I queues for nearly 3 hours then that happened!! I'll probably have a little nap then try again, so you can still use your ticket then?
 
In the sunset terrace / cocktail bar it's nice and fresh a bit of room but the wait to get in at 8-10 was horrendous even with tickets no security or organisation

It's bad luck and timing, predictably everyone tried not to get in too early but make it for 9 and it all went pear shaped. Ollienotts rocked up well after cutoff time I think well after 11pm and waltzed straight in after 10 minutes waiting, and also got his 2 drinks tokens at the door. They'll very likely take your ticket, yes, just be prepared either to not get drinks tokens or pay a bit 10-20 cash on top if you have to and rock up in a few hours' time. Still worth it rather than kissing goodbye to a hundred euro ticket.
 
I might have to take a trip down now, my girlfriend is asleep right now keep trying to wake her up to come down to it but she's having none of it haha

That's terrible, glad that she is ok. It shouldn't happen at a place that has been doing it for so long. It's a real shame they messed it up with getting people in but I'm sure it'll be a party to remember for all those in there

Beyond gutted! I was having the best night ever...for a few hours! Then....

A guy put his hand up my dress/down my knickers...ran off when I turned around. Then an hour ish later I felt a tug on my bag and turned round to see a guy with a hand in my bag routing around (hit him off with my 15 year old space fan!). THEN...went upstairs (slowly as it was rammed) and a guy put his hand down my dress/bra, grabbed my boob while another guy grabbed my bag...purse stolen in 10 seconds

One of these things I could have explained away, probably even laughed off... but all three together have crapped all over what should have been the best night ever!

Sorry needed a moan...hope you all had much better luck and aren't home in the huff like me!
