My list won't be to everyones taste....but here goes.

1) Chris Lake - I knew his production was great but didn't realise his sets rocked albiet with a hands in the air uplifting feel.

2) Ame - Everytime I've seen them or heard a mix of theirs I've always wanted more.

3) Swedish House Mafia (all of them) - For bringing something fresh back to the scene.

4) James Zabelia - When he's not with Mr Fancuilli, he rocks!

5) Frankie Knuckles - Heard alot more of him this year and he reminds me why I got into the scene in the first place. Class

5. Anne Savage/Tidy boys can't decide

doubt anyone will agree as most of you probably prefer all that techno/funky stuff that i don't really rate.
 
1. Cassette Jam - Played the best set i can remember hearing in Amnesia back room!

2. Carl Cox - Personal fave

3. Luciano - Never fails to get me going crazy!

4. Craig Richards (Fabric Resident)

5. Pryda - Saw him earlier this year and it was amazing!

Special mentions go to Tocadisco for energy, Eddie Halliwell for rousing crowds like no other and Jonathan Ulyesses for his day time space sessions
 
1.Bigger Than Jesus (quality techno from pair of quality Geordies)
2.Magda - wickid set at Glade fest + better set than Hawtin at WMC
3.Mr C - 20 years of DJing deserves recognicion as a father of british dance
4.Eric Prydz - surprised many ppl as is actually very good (no "Call on meeeeee"!!!)
5.Sasha - seems to be back on form after losing his way abit

Shonky gotta be one of my favourite producers of this year , he's played in london 2-3 times this year n i missed him each time!

1) Trentemoller - though I dont know how he one EM of the yr!

Can't believe Morillo hasn't been mentioned?!?!?!? Subliminal vs. FMIF was quality. The energy and enthusiasm Morillo put in definitely put some DJs to shame.
