First Five Star Hotel For Ibiza Town.
The first five star hotel in Ibiza Town is to start being built in the next 15 days. The site of the future hotel has been cleared near the Casino in Ibiza Town & fenced off for safety reasons ready for the builders to move in. It has taken 5 years to get the project off the ground & the final construction will consist of 21.000m2 which is expected to cost 36million €. The hotel will have 157 luxury rooms, 15 suites, a convention centre, spa, restaurant & various bars all offering high quality service & products.
