You know me, should be able to sort a bus:lol:

Any pics of said place?

Another great place to eat is on the hill next to the olympic swimming pool.
Forgot the name

Reus took an hour and a half into Barcelona when we flew with scuzzy Ryanair, it was a bit of craic on the bus with some pissed up Irish lads singing songs and that... the Spanish on the bus didn't know what was going on  (well it was the day before Paddy's day get into the party spirit)Barcelona is a cool city but infested with pickpockets around Las Ramblas but asides from that ill definitely go back the Catalans are very nice people although i do prefer Valencia it's a lot cheaper too.;)

Were the Irish lads Man U fans? I've heard they can be quite loud!;)

We're flying to BCN proper, although still with Sleazyjet. Can't be arsed with bus journeys.

Barcelona has the dubious honour to be the most expensive city in Spain :?

One of advantages of being a Londoner is that I'm always pleasantly surprised by the relative cheapness of places others describe as expensive. I was told Switzerland was expensive, for example, but found it cheaper than home.

Well, kind of cool. I guess getting shafted at home isn't that great.Leave it:lol:

The euro does help to that. I exchanged 300€ and I only got 200 pounds :(

Am with you on that one!

I checked with Dave and apparently we do have photos  I shall try and dig them out for you ;)

I can recomend you few, but are you sure a big massive sophisticated dinner is the best just before sonar? 8O

hehe, good point! but actually we're mainly interested in the day time events, chilling, meeting friends, eating well and seeing a bit of the city instead of full-on going out :)

I see, now it makes a little more sense. Anyway, even in Spain we eat very late, if you book a nice restaurant you'll have to leave Sonar Day about 9 (as later), missing all the fun. Other option would be a massive lunch (by 2), then a siesta and then hitting sonar ;)
