San Miguel by night

Although currently on the island, I'am already planning my next trip for closing week in September. I usually stay in either San antonio or San an bay and spend most of my time lubricating down the west end before going clubs. The holiday I'm currently on I've only been out once and have just drank till about midnight in bars around San an bay and have quite enjoyed the more chilled side to holidaying (maybe I've become dull?). I was thinking about San Miguel in September but what can I expect from the nightlife?

Amazing beach there though. I stayed at the Club San Miguel in 2015. Right on the beach. Very nice place.

By nightlife I'm not expecting/wanting banging bars. Just meaning are there going to be some bars with a bit of atmosphere that won't close at half 10 every night?

tbh if you want it chilled but still want bars and such, the santa eularia or es canar area might be more suitable. as much as I like the far north, I believe it might be too quiet for what you're after.

(I might be wrong but it's my opinion)

Thanks. it's my last day tomorrow and am planning in going upto benirras beach for sunset so may be able to check it out then.

Just being nosey here, but why San Miguel if you want a bit of nightlife? Just for a change of scene?
You'd be better off staying in the bay again, wouldn't you - just for having the option on your doorstep?

I do love santa eularia tbh. Is there a decent nightlife there? only ever been there by day

I've briefly experienced San Miguel but it was in March. I do still love the whole partying scene but, where as before, I'd go as many parties as I could. I only really stay in San an now for trance nights, tropi and I quite like the golden Buddha. just figured that there isn't many trance nights, maybe two a visit including cream. I can just get a boat over to San an for €5 that night and share a taxi with my mate's back. Where as I'm far from getting old. I hit 30 next year and I'm getting to the point where drinking with 18 year old down the west end is no longer hitting the spot. When ever I think of ibiza at home I'm always dreaming of the peace and tranquility so why not come and stay in that area I'm thinking?

I've stayed in Santa Eulalia past couple years and although being the youngest adults there we love it...as said theres plenty of bars that stay open until late and when you do want to go out the taxis arn't really bad at all

Every time I've been there in the day it's usually been my favourite day of that holiday. May have to try it. I'm not worried if I'm surrounded by older people, if anything I'd like that. I must be old before my time cause I can't bare looking at the iced gem haircut brigade pretending they like electronic music anymore

What is Guarana like stivi?
