Another vote for Kumharas over here. I've eaten there 3 times in the last couple of years and every time the food has been very impressive. Not stupidly over priced either.

Not been to Hostal de la Torre - sounds good tho. I wouldn't go anywhere near the sunset strip in August.

Busy enough but not overly. You could get right beside Sasha for a photo if you wanted. His set from the night is up on mix cloud if you're interested.
