Is the bar accessible for hotel guests only, or can you walk in from the street and have a drink? Would be nice to mention it in the article.

Seems there is once again a publicly accessible bar there - while walking in Dalt Vila in early October, you could enter the place and there was a drinks menu posted near the entrance. Sadly, I was there two hours before my plane was due to depart, so having a drink in Dalt Vila with a view of the port is still on my bucket list
