Guys!!! Robin Williams died.

So sad. Life is too precious.

I did not mind him as an actor and he had struggled severely with cocaine and alcohlism in the 80's.

He was inspiring in some of his roles!

That is terrible. I hope he rests in peace. I feel bad.
 
From watching Mork & Mindy as a kid to catching a couple of episodes of his last TV series Crazy Ones, and all the great movies in between - Good Morning Vietnam, Good Will Hunting, The Birdcage, Awakenings, Insomnia, etc., etc. - and his stand-up... Robin Williams was always there and always either funny or touching.

Really quite sad about his untimely departure :(
Depression is a terrible and deadly disease.
 
^ Yeah Morbs, Mork & Mindy was part of my youth even here in the UK.

Mrs Doubtfire has been played and played at diver towers since the kids were born so much its worn out:eek:.

What has stucked with me is goodwill hunting, Mr Hollands opus oh and dead poets society.


Those are the three memorable films I liked.

Played back in 1966 with Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker as Cream.
Died last Saturday aged 71.

In the white room with black curtains...
