Sorry I have never stayed in a hostel so can't help, maybe start a new thread entitled Hostel Info Wanted and then someone who has stayed in one will see it and be able to help.

Sorry i cant be much help but the only hostel that i can think of is Vara De Rey guesthouse in Ibiza town. There are many other hotels though that might not be booked up. Perhaps you've already checked, anyway:
