Agree with PvD getting number 1, but how the hell did ATB get into the top 10, how is he even in the top 100!?

While, in general, I agree that the US house market is underdeveloped (goddamit if I can't find a decent house night whenever I visit DC), I am positive that the entire Dutch nation voted for these trance-mongers and not the American R&B-club-going public.
