well the most unpopular job in English football is up for grabs again....no no Joey Bartons spin writer but manager of my beloved MCFC!!

heres the betting:

Claudio Ranieri 11-8
Louis van Gaal 9-1
Gerard Houllier 14-1
Gordon Strachan 14-1
Sven Goran Erikkson 16-1
Neil Warnock 16 -1
Billy Davies 16 -1
Guus Hiddink 20 -1
Paul Jewell 25 -1
Ronald Koeman 25 -1

The official line is that they have appointed someone, from abroad but cant announce it yet as the season isn't over and the manager in question hasn't informed his club. So although Van Gaal, Houllier, Ranieri & Koemann have all "ruled themselves out" it could still be anyone of them.

Personally I'd love to see Ranieri back in English football, but I think that Houllier should and is gonna be the one....

Just as long as it isn't Erikkson don't think he'll be too welcome at any stadia in England...

kang - to be honest anyone as long as it's not warnock!!

I think I favour either Ranieri or Van Gaal though

Matt - looking at sven the coach and not sven the man - he would be dull as dishwater football wise but we could win things!!

remember when claudio got applauded by everyone at old trafford when he came out of the tunnel at the end of his last season.

think everyone thought he was a top guy who was being treated disgracefully by the club. he was basically a dead man walking but still kept his dignity and humour and smile.:D

be good to see him back.8) far more entertaining than maureen.

I can't think of a club that are more nondescript, boring, and so far off the bothered radar of any football fan, than Man City!

Apart from Middlesborough maybe.

Really, does anyone actually care?!

Sorry, I feel like I've shattered your whole belief system! ;)

You just make me chuckle with your constant witterings on their next game or what players they're buying or selling, like they're United or something!

(Oh and Turd Fondler - Like it ;). Polack-esque!)

I love Mourihno too tho - for an old bloke he's got that 'immaculate' look about him  ;)

Haha!

Anyway we all know about your rubbish taste in football managers though...

(Sorry, I think we agreed not to talk about 'him' again! ;) )
