PIKES 2025

The MR events are still on the Pikes website so something must have changed pretty sharpish.
 
Gutted tbh. I get 1 or 2 nights out a YEAR these days. My opportunities to hear music I actually like on a good system in an intimate space are so rare I could cry (At least ALFOS is coming to BCN in Nov. That will be a magical 4 hours)

Hopef Heidi or someone else from his crew will fill that Monday and not those cheeseball 90s relics they keep digging up
 
good question. am sure he would've mentioned it though

aah well, if it is the end, at least I got 5 amazing nights out of it. some of the most beautiful parties I went to in 35 years

I'm really disappointed! I was offered a pretty unique gig for Tuesday morning, September 23rd and I turned it down because Monday would have been Harvey's closing party. We booked a table at Pikes with friends and this was the most anticipated event of the year. What the hell happened? 🤯🤯🤯
 
Another pikes question. It says on the page to get yourself on guest list:

"We ask all guests for a mandatory €5 minimum charity donation on entry (card only), supporting our nominated local charities."

So the amount is fine, but card only, is pikes cashless venue?

Just asking as I never take my CC out with me, just cash.

How busy has pikes been on Sundays with all the competition? My Sunday in sept is still up for grabs as I don’t want to go universe, hi or pacha really (I like pacha just not that night). Thanks

No I don't think it is, but there are deffo a couple of bars that are card only.

Apples & pears innit, totally different punters. We’ll probably go Sept 21. It was really good last year in the Plaza. Proper deep house.

It’s mella Dee on the Sunday I’m looking at which tickles my interest but don’t want it dead! As it’s such a strong Sunday elsewhere it worries me a little. I know what u mean about different punters but most people on here go to numerous venues depending on lineups.

Very good point, 21st is looking great & i'm tempted to stay 1 extra night, I love Cox but don't want to be sardines!
