might be way off the mark but just a hunch it might be The Martinez Brothers.

2 weeks normally I think
You can register on the website and they’ll email you when it opens. There doesn’t tend to be a mad rush so if you do that you’ll be fine
 
Actually seeing some events opening guest list over 2 weeks in advance. So set an alert for 18 days in advance!

I will very likely see you at (Miss) Kittin.
 
Sadly we fly home Tuesday so we’ll go Saturday for Artwork…that Amnesia line up too was mouthwatering…Ricky V and Harvey….wonder if they’ll replace him or just go full minimal?!
 
You’d never normally expect visa issues this way around? Seems very odd that it’s been an annual thing up until now?!
