Wow. Last night was great!! I've had great nights in Pikes before, but last night was the first time I felt it lived up to the legend. Feeling very delicate today.

Great to (finally) catch-up with @lee111s & Hannah.

And so nice to be able to put a face to the name of @Gingersolstice & @Johnny Vodka after so long. Very sorry I didn't find you guys again. Was a bit wavy and we left soon after to avoid taxi rush.

Also Simon.. I'm still unsure of your forum alias!!

Krystal Klear will also be ace tonight. No Harvey for me this week because of DJ Awards.

The guy and his his companion in front of us in the queue got turned away. The doorgirl actually said to him "I'm really sorry, I do recognise your face and you're very welcome another time, but I can't tonight as your name isn't down."

They are being strict! And I think it's working from my experiences.

Cheers to the ‘Class of 39’
It’s been 80 years since these photographs were taken of a class graduating from technical college in Poland. How they ended up, where they ended up, especially after the advent of World War II is anyone’s guess but in 2019, they’ve ended up on a wall, in a bar, in Ibiza (that's The Curiosity Shop at Pikes in case you didn't know!), with a Bulldog Gin cocktail named in their honour – in our house, you’ll always be remembered.

Top vibe too. Feared the worst but really enthusiastic crowd. A lot more Spanish this year. Clapping to the music a lot. Rammed all night. My highlight was edwyn collins 'never met a girl like you before'
