In the grand scheme of things, does it really matter whether its "authentic" Sangria or not ?? It looks like a nice recipe whatever name it goes under - call it "Fizzy Pretend Wedding Sangria" instead.......
I am going to make some for the BH I think..... sitting in the garden drinking fizzy pretend wedding sangria - lovely!! 8) 8) 8)
There's a saying in spanish that goes something like that every teacher has his book so call it and make it however you want
But if I have a mix with names or ingredients, please correct me

Lol! see when I saw this
on our menu, I presumed it was going to be your traditional sangria but with bubbles, which I was a bit disappointed in cos I cant stand sangria
so when it wasnt your traditional sangria and it was this other stuff instead I was very happy 
I thought that there might have been different types of sangria drinks cos me not liking sangria I was a bit oblivious!
but thank you for correcting me, I can sleep tonight now!
