I've got a vision in my head of you being attacked by moo-ing cows every morning 8O  I'm sure they'll be fine once you've house-trained them

I hope they don't ruin my posh flooring! 8O ...I suppose I could let them graze on the balcony but I get worried about having to explain the cow t___ game to tower hamlets council when they arrive to clear the mess. :?

Luckily I made sure I had a financial buffer to cope with the costs involved. *phew!*

Sooooooo important! I think these mortgage people, banks and everyone think I´m crapping money or something with all these "extra" fees!

I could open a dairy farm! 8O

Stamp duty is my biggest bug bear  Especially in London where property is more expensive you're stung with stamp duty of £1000s, they definitely need to increase the levels for it

We had a right result with our estate agents fees cos Dexters have just opened a new office in Ealing and they offer 0% commission to sell your property for the first few weeks to attract customers so that has saved us about £5K :D

I used to live on a dairy farm mr robder, once a cow got in and fell in the swimming pool 8O

I'm scared of them, they used to chase me across the field and surround me and the dog. 8O

Sorry I got carried away with the cow thing and that was my half hearted (and completely transparent) effort at a sensible response so people wouldn't think I'd gone too far off the rails.:lol:

 I think it's going to take more than a 'grown-up' sentence to fool people that you haven't gone completely off the rails
