The woman came to view it on Saturday and Tom was at work and the estate agent we're selling thru couldn't show her around that day so he asked if I'd do it and cos she's bought it Tom says he's going to give me a Saturday job at his office cos I've obviously got secret estate agent powers :lol:

I'm just a bit worried about when they all start moo'ing at the same time and I start wondering if the kettle is boiled, the toasted sarnie is ready, my cappucino is done or my roasters are browned!

I fear those few extra cows may make life a little more complicated than it need be. 8O

Wow! This must be house day! My mum who has had her house on the market for 5 days has had an offer (of the selling price) and excepted today! Annnnnnnnnnnnnnd, I´m due to sign on Friday here in sunny Spain! (How did any of you house movers do it? I´m stressed out to the eyeballs the past 2 months!):spank:

Apart from my near-gazumping incident I've sailed through every second!

Luckily I made sure I had a financial buffer to cope with the costs involved. *phew!*
