While I may not be a Next fan myself, you should know, Babs, that not everyone can afford to shop at Harvey Nichols on a regular basis.Barbie said:I knew you'd be with me on this oneAnd the sale attracts the skankiest toerags and gipsys fighting over a pair of trousers reduced from £30 to £15 - WOW

Oh my word. I can't believe you've just said that.
If it wasn't so offensive it'd be funny.

Just curious... Are there any good mid-priced places in the UK for men's clothes? The girls out here seem to like swinging through Top Shop on their London visits, but I think their guys clothes are crap.Barbie said:It's not the cost of the clothes it's the fact that they're shitAnd for info I very rarely shop at Harvey Nicks

I have the hardest time finding decent casual stuff to where. Slightly edgy but still respectable... and without big logos or printed crap.Barbie said:Tom always has the same problem, the likes of Top Man etc are shit. Reiss used to be ok but their clothes are bit sensible these days, UTH used to be good as well but they've nearly shut all those shops down
It's so much easier being a girlie
Morbyd said:In Moscow, you're either buying top designer (usually overpriced because of the import duties) or you're buying crap. Very little in the middle, which is why I like shopping on trips... but the only thing I found on my last couple of visits to London were a pair of shoes and a belt from Massimo Dutti.![]()
