Music On 2017

what time did they close the main room then and how busy was it there? terrace was packed I'm sure

What can I say? I'm not a huge Music On fan, not a fan of meandering go no where techno. But Claude, Stacey and Marco pulled it off. Claude I was interested in seeing on that Amneisa terrace and he played 10× better than at paradise last year.He played some interesting techno rather than anything funky. Stacey was great as well, main room ended too early IMO.
Party went till 745! Officially the longest I've been at Amnesia!

Thanks Nobbie.....I went Music on last year not really impressed...boring music especially at closing....this year went and one of my best nights...Carola and Sam Pag really good! Think this is a strong year for music on, was it busy?
 
For me an after party is straight after the party , I used to love after party in Ibiza and other place ( still love it but don't do it often nowadays, the recovery process is much harder now with many years of clubbing behind)
People that do after a generally the core of the party that carry on ,the real party people , people that love to party and who are there for the right reason ( no one is there to showing up , taking photo and other same bullshit ) it something quiet unique it get sometimes mystical ...
As Stivi said it's totally fine to go one for an hours or so to take a shower , can change .. the only problem is they are not after party that start at 9-10 am ( except the private one which almost no one will get access to)

Starting at 4 pm the next day are not after party because you slept between and also because you have to pay another time )

Glad I had the chance to experience space in the morning ( matinée, carry on , we love ...) and also the Cocoon one that were amazing + lots of other outside of Ibiza .
Hopefully, we can still experience a bit of that during the closing time And also much easier too to find after during September!

Can't remember when main room closed, but both rooms were busy. They brought in the Palm trees for terrace which I thought was a great throwback to Amnesia in the past.

It's all about the music (of course)..... but I do love a good palm tree when dancing. Reminds me of 'MusicOn' ushuaia closing in '15. If I was ushuaia I'd keep that on the stage....

Have they not always had trees in the terrace??? I remember finding part of a tree on the floor one time and then heading off in search of people to playfully hit on the head with the oversized leaves... Everyone seemed to enjoy it!!

Ahh, what a day!
 
When was Carl Cox added to the 22nd of Sep?! Oh yess oh yess..

Fly back next day.. straight from club to villa and time to check out!

I just saw the time of when I recorded the last track Pullen played in the main room - it was 6 AM. Too early!

The amnesia terrace used to have palm trees on a permanent basis, even after the roof was added. They're removal is a fairly recent thing.

Over a decade! However I'm talking recent as in relation to how long amnesia has been open. Palm trees on the terrace are not a new thing. They were always there and were rooted to the ground when it had no roof and remained when the roof was added. I suspect they grew too big and had to be removed or just died due to lack of light and water or took up too much space around the sides near where the toilets are now.
 
ok cool...was just thinking that I never saw amnesia terrace with palm trees, but my first visit is only 14 years ago
