Maceo Plex returns to Pacha Ibiza for 2017 Mosaic residency

Maceo Plex has outlined plans for his second season at Pacha Ibiza.

After launching Mosaic at the club in 2016, Eric Estornel had already confirmed he'd be returning this year from May 30th through October 3rd. Now, he's announced the full list of guest DJs and live acts joining him throughout the season at Pacha Ibiza, which is celebrating its 50th year in 2017 [Really - Since When]

A couple of back-to-back sets have been confirmed, with Aurora Halal joining Avalon Emerson behind the decks, and Steffi playing alongside Virginia.

Live acts include Henrik Schwarz, Bicep and Stephan Bodzin.

Techno strong line-up. Probably doing the opening or possibly 2nd week. Hoping for Rodhad or recondite. Think klock and Faki will be later in the season.
 
That promo video is fantastic!

Fair play to Maceo... for me its a standout party. It's something different and has a niche feel about it. Similar to others as much as Maceo himself wouldn't appeal much to me, the lineup's are very diverse compared to most other parties on the island and have me intrigued.

Who would have thought a few years ago we would see Ben Klock playing at Pacha :D
 
My Mrs loved pacha and hates amnesia. So it would be a win win to get one of the Berlin guys playing the night we're there. Fingers crossed. Thing is they'll probably water down their set a little.

This is often a mis-conception about Pacha. Which of the 'techno types' that play Pacha (Solomun or Maceo night) actually water down their sets?

Surely your not going to hear a cocoon main room set at pacha. Or can it get that serious?

Saw Maceo last year and it definitely wasnt Maceo 'lite' or watered down. His set was exactly what I expected to hear, though i cant help feel like he doesnt have the same vibe his Space terrace sets had. The party's great and with it not being absolutely packed you actually have room to dance, which you definitely dont get at Solomon or a few of the other marquee nights.

Dozzy is the exception.

Interested in hearing how Maceo plays week to week with the different guests.

Anyone see him play several times last season?
Changes in his style of play based on guests?
 
Coming for 8 nights so get to spend 2 tuesdays on the Island. This night could be on the cards for my last night depending on how my head is after circo and cocoon double the day before.

Klock would defo get me there... (doubt very much he will be playing 19th sept date)

Still havent got over the fact i left Space closing 2015 before his set at 7am

I purposely avoided asking any questions, reading any reviews or searching for any vids as i was that annoyed. Seen him a few times but not in Ibiza
