Manu moving to another club?

Not at all... i just don't like it when high and mighty people consider themselves as better than others because of the places they go to! If you go with an attitude and are ready to pre-judge everyone (like you just did) then you're obviously not going to enjoy the night - ANY NIGHT

I was merely stating an opinion that Manumission has gone downhill over the last few years, hence why it isn't as popular with 'proper' clubbers and it attracts more of a beer-boy contingent not helped by the likes of Ibiza Uncovered. If you enjoy it and don't fit into the beer-boy category, good on you, however, I among with many others, think there are better ways to spend a Monday in Ibiza.

Manumission people out there. The truth of the mater is there is movement in
the Manumission camp. Between me and you it is looking very likely that we
will be back in privilege. The opening date has not been confirmed yet. It
is looking like it will be the 21st of June, but could be the 14th or even
the 28th. All this info will be put on the web site when it has been
confirmed.

I also mailed manumission the other day - I was told the same pretty much but was told the deal was done to def be at privilege.

Barbie I didn't mean to get too personal but I guess I took your comments personally, as I think did Ibiza-girlie. To me it's something i'm quite passionate about and I don't like the way the crowd has changed either. Nevertheless it's still one of the three main reasons I make my voyage each year!! My two fave years were 99 and 03 - the first because of the crowd and last because they were the best parties manu have staged in the six years I've been going...
Anyway... sorry - and I hope 2004 is good for you

Stuie I´m in luv with ye´- naah seriously, we´ve had the discussion b4 and no good can come from it. A lot of us think there are 1 good ways of spending am onday nite, some others wanna spend it somewhere else. the only good thing I can think about is that Im glad I dont have to listen to the shite whilst there at least, cuz I will be joined by fellow clubbers - and after all, "WE" are also many peeps who think that the best way to spend mondays is at Manu......"we" however don´t feel the urge to bang people´s head cuz of their op´s really......
so catfight over between S & B ok?

well, its addictive + it depends on your typing or shagging skills. if you are quick at one thing, leaves you more time for the trest lol* - so you decide what you prefer to be quickest at!
I'd sum it up like this: live and let live, to each their own. The way you think of Manumission simply depends on your taste, and maybe even more so, on your Ibiza experience. Manumission was never authentic Ibiza but it wasn't a bad thing for a change in the beginning. Those who remember Manu in the mid 90s will sure know what I'm talking about. But it didn't take them much longer than 2 years until the big sell-out began and it all went down the drain. More cashing in, less quality, it got worse every year. Last year I went once, just to pay a visit to my friends who work on the Coco Loco bar and to Otter whom they had hired to rap dirty on a bed in the Vaca (or whatever it is called now) backroom. The only good thing they achieved last year was hiring her, but the rest was dreadful. Coco Loco was a sauna and there are no words to describe the main room. For me, Manumission has become the synonym for clubbing à la Ibiza Uncovered on Sky One. I'd rather have them doing something completely new under a new name at Amnesia than continuing at that level. But, like I said in the beginning, I also don't care if they go on like this at Privilege, there will still be loads of people having their kind of mass clubbing fun there. As long as I'm having my kinda fun at Annamaria's "Tormenta Hormonal" in the Global Room of Pacha I sure won't be bored on a monday night
