that really frightened me did that - it looks like its been "properly" used for torture and such things......... its not like you would keep the household cleaning implements down there alongside old periodicals and a hoover

you could right, she did something similar when her 2 brothers died (separate incidents) over the past few years - she stuck photos up on her desk (luckily these photos were actually of when they were alive)
She's been really unlucky with the amount of deaths in her immediate family - since I have worked with her she's lost 2 brothers, a sister and her mother (oh and her dog)

I keep saying that in front of a situation like this, you deal with grief in the way you can, but I think it should be something private and intimate.
I know lots of people who make it public and so it looks to me like they should be treaten in a different way because of their disgrace. I know I sound very cruel, but I've lived disgraces like this in the past (two very important deaths in a year) and actually who hasn't a disgrace or tragedy of any kind in their lives?

well i feel sorry for her, but yes its a private thing but someone deals with grief in the oddest ways. its a picture, nothing to make a fuss about. but not really good to have around when youre trying to be effective at work. poor her, losing all those family members. its sad, honestly.....
