Yeah Sil, i know how the board works thanks. Just seemed a bit strange for someone to be monitoring my every moveFor Zarb's information, i may log on and come back to it now and then between busy moments. If you think i have nothing better to do than sit sifting through Spotlight nonsense then you're sadly mistaken.

Isn't the iPod Nano up to 8gb now? That's flash-based, not hard drive.

They come in a rainbow of colors now since they switched from the old Nano to the new ones, which are miniature copies of the old iPod Mini.

Yes, but what's the point in having high capacity storage on a flash player?
Flash players are primarily used for gym use. Why would you need 100's/1000's of tracks/albums? You may as well just buy a 1GB machine.
I chose a middle of the road 5GB as i use mine for gym and to plug into hifi.
battery lasts longer, can be smaller. Flash is much better than hard drive memory any day - it'll eventually take over laptops too.
Went to Advanced MP3 players at lunchtime today. I spoke to them on the phone first they were really helpful 8)
As its only for the Gym I ended up with a 2GB Flash player
Got myself a M-CODY M20 black - nice wee machine and only weigh 36g
Looks like its going to be a night mare keeping clean

It has SRS WOW sound, USB charging, drag and drop (don't bother with the iTunes type software) and yes it's VERY small and slight.

I got the leather case at the shop too. Think I am going to get a AC Charger though as its not always convenient to use a USB Charger.
