ibiza gossip 2025

Can I ask a question here, and I am not trying to just start an argument.

But, why when Carl Cox played Privilege (for Resistance) 2017/18/19 for 8,000+ people - why was that not selling out and destroying the soul of Ibiza? Checking back on my emails, I paid €50 for Resistance in 2017.
Its the owners of the venue, and how they operate, that makes this one hit different, for me at least!!

Would happily pay that for akasha given it wouldn’t be oversold and have space to enjoy myself amongst a good crowd. Drinks prices are alright there too. Hope to see him there in September again.

Yeah, suppose only downer is the Taxi if just two of you. But it is still worth it 100%!

Saw Jason Bye in Hi toilets 2 years ago and was blown away, had no idea who he was. Went for FISHER opening a never left the toilets after my first visit. First time ive seen somebody mention him on here!
Jason was one of the main Amnesia residents back in the 90’s. Played Space most Sundays too. You’ll find him kicking around mambos / pikes. Big punk head, great record collection others would die for. Top gent too

Good for you. Glad you discovered someone out visiting the more commercial fisher and you let the music move you rather then the headliner. Scratch more of the residents surface on your next trip. See if my good mate, Jo Mills is playing when there. Andy Baxter, Pikes. Melon Bomb etc

Yeah we were in San An last September and it was roughly €90 each way, which I knew beforehand (Thanks to this forum) and was prepared for but in the end I wasn’t too bothered as it’s a one off trip and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I’d be tempted to drive next time and lay off the drink as I did the year before.
