Not really Ibiza gossip - but &Me, Rampa Keinemusik and Black Coffee all producing tracks on Drakes new album - what are the chances he ends up at Circo Loco this summer - P Diddy style ?

hi everyone, been a while!! hope you're all doing well.

I was also at Pacha for this night and had a similar experience, being moved from the non-VIP balcony area downstairs quite early on to be honest, around 3am, which was something I've not experienced in a club in Ibiza for a long time.

I honestly didn't think it was needed really as the party was good, music was great and there was plenty of people having fun. There was a good vibe and people dancing and was really enjoying the energy.

I have to say in my 20+ years in Ibiza, IMO it's rare for a party to close early, especially when there was still people there. Pacha especially has always been a place where the magic really happens late on, when the real clubbers are left and nobody cares if there are 20 people or 200, including generally the artists themselves.

pacha has changed a lot since when I first knew it, and I miss the charm of the old stairways and secret doors to find the funky room and terrace, but I still think it's amazing and actually over the years, the dance floor area has grown massively even compared to the changes to the VIP areas.

Yeah, agree. I have been in Pacha nearing 8am (this was many years ago if the Police are reading this) and literally 30 of us on the dancefloor seeing a night out. Some great memories over the years.
 
Amnesia last night - wow. For all the sentiment that Cocoon can't be replaced, well that was quite an opening party from Sonny Fodera, Gorgon City and Danny Howard. Really busy. And lots of girls! Easily way more girls than boys.

Look the music is obviously the more commercial end of House. Very vocally, sometimes cheesy. There were classics played plus lots of tracks from the DJs' own catalogues - and of course DJ EZ did the same schtick that he's been doing for the past 20 years - and it all got eaten up.

When you consider Pyramid, as well as Cocoon in later years, always struggled to compete head-to-head with Circoloco, this is really a very sensible direction from Amnesia. They will be super pleased at how it went

If you go to Gorgon City , you have to expect commercial house. Doesnt matter if its a good evening. Its not Berghain Style : Only cool and not mass compatible stuff is ok. Sometimes I need dark stuff , but not in every case.

He just played. It was worth it for the classics alone. He was doing it all himself, DJing, singing & even rapping at one point. Not gonna knock him cause he put in a shift & the people loved it. He was so buzzing to be back in Ibiza. It was a good time.
