We have now soon august, assumed the openings would be next year in may, it would be 10 months from today until a vaccination which should be available in sufficient quantity...... hmmm hopefully this will work out !

That‘s what I am thinking. Many on here and on fb going like ‚man, imagine the parties next year, I will get on a bender ...‘. Also all festivals being postponed one year. It‘s not unlikely that nothing has changed in one years time and that makes me reeally depressed :/

I agree sadly, and EVEN with a vaccine early in 2021, will enough have had it for normality to return? Surely over 60s will get the vaccine first? It’s starting to feel to me like Spring 2022 being the real normality returning. But how I hope I’m wrong. Though I think it’s going to become harder and harder for the authorities to stop those mostly unaffected (the youth) from living their lives.
And the best thing is I think these kids will want to have more fun after being stopped from it for 1-2 years. Less avocados and podcasts listening to Greta! Get on a plane and party non-stop Fri-Monday.
