An Innervisions residency would certainly be an interesting proposition but a lot of the artists they would need to flesh out simply Dixon/Ame residencies are tied up with other parties, most notably Afterlife.

So, tale of us are underground but Solomun is overground? Sorry, that is a ridiculous statement. The whole underground overground debate is so chin strokingly painful. It’s like a battle to see who can find and enjoy the most obscure music with a beat, while at the same time being oblivious to how pretentious they are being.

but if we had to compare between the two, i dont know about afterlife but solomun + 1 for sure is not an underground party haha

I've had Dixon as the guest for Solomun's night for the past three years on my trips but I've never seen so packed like it was this summer.
It could be cuz it was more peak season. I was personally more amped for the Black Madonna date cuz it was the first time Solomon and her went b2b.

Agreed. I enjoy music that is probably considered overground, some considered underground and some probably somewhere in the middle. I like quite obscure German techno but I’m also into early 00’s clubland music, people like Eric Prydz and even the occasional bit of Top 40.
Sounds a bit clichéd but I genuinely just listen to what I enjoy and try not to avoid particular music because it’s considered either too ‘mainstream’ or too ‘underground.’ The terms are pretty meaningless at the end of the day.

I think it depends on your definition of underground. And a definition of underground is something most will not be able to agree on. In the context of my definition, there is plenty of none commercial music going on in Ibiza that isn’t remotely edm or top 40. There is a lot of obscure stuff too, even in the big clubs - you should have heard Vladimir ivkovic at Solomun +1 in August. And there is other obscure stuff outside the big clubs, about as much as there has been in the last 2-3 decades outside the period of minimal popularity (but you could argue that minimal became so popular it was no longer underground).
Anyway, I need to push off as I’m indulging in the debate I describe as being chin strokingly boring and will never be defined.

strange way to confirm the venue but if they move now they would have outright lied.

The Cocoon response was actually "goes to ....
"They didn't mention the venue but are confirming a move. I don't know where they could go. Something like Hï would be a shocker for sure for example
