*** ibiza gossip 2019 ***

Does anyone know if resistance announced dates are the only ones next year or still some to come Inbetween their CC and beyer dates?
 
Hats off to the Resistance team for announcing not only opening & closing dates, but selected weeks for both Coxy & Drumcode this early....

Our group waited until April last year in anticipation of Coxy's dates at Privilege, we will be booking a lot earlier this year!

Let's hope other nights in Ibiza can follow suit....

On a side note, if Privilege does indeed steal Music On, they would now potentially have two of the biggest nights on the island. After my experience at Resistance & Pure Carl Cox in 2017, I rate the club as the best alongside Amnesia.... the revival of an old sleeping giant can only be a great thing for the island!
 
I wouldn't usually take his info as confirmed because he usually speculates, he seemed pretty sure that it was happening by how he wrote article.

If people are saying final season in 2019, would it go back to amnesia to finish it?
 
It's all speculation at this stage until anything gets confirmed - but my gut feeling is that unless there is a serious change at Amnesia that they will not have them back. Then again if they are leaving Pacha, where else can they go? DC10 for me doesn't suit. Hï goes totally against the party ethos. Privi is too big unless we're talking Vista every week.

My other thought is, while there isn't any direct competition for Glitterbox on Sunday, there are a lot of parties that appeal to that older, more affluent demographic on Sunday.
 
My feeling is that cocoon will stay at pacha, only other place it could go would be vista room, would it be big enough?

If it is their last year (again speculation) then amnesia would be much better off sticking with pyramid and building on that rather than bringing cocoon back for 1 season.
 
Going back to Amnesia would just be a huge step backwards for Cocoon. Nothing has changed since two years ago when they left.

Depressing news if true that Pacha are kicking them out, but I guess it wouldn’t surprise me with the whole lack of VIP money coming through. Would be a real shame if Cocoon ended on that note.
 
I guess whether anything has changed at Amnesia, hinges on them retaining their other underground parties.
Maybe Amnesia find themselves in a position where getting Cocoon back into the fold might be a genuine necessity?

I could see it at DC10. A little Sven on the patio before going inside would be cool. I would just be worried about it being too crowded and it being too similar to Circoloco.

I can see it at dc10 too. Can’t see there being a garden option (apart from the start and end of season), they need a more consolidated party than an extended one. I can’t see it getting too busy either.

Does dc10 have a limit on the number of nights it can operate?
