Ibiza Buses

I saw that Ibiza is getting a new fleet of Buses that are Electric but best of all they will have trackers that you can track in an App. So less stressing about 'is the last bus still coming?' more time enjoying your drink :)

I have the old ibizabus app; I assume that's now out of date and I need a new one - think it's Mobi4u but can anyone confirm? Also is there any way of telling where your bus is on the alsa website (I see you can click on the route and it gives you a map + stops.

Must admit I'm glad the Airport Express now avoids the long-winder route to the port (always seemed unnecessary) and now does a basic u-turn round the back of Zara! However that's looking at the marked route, which does seem to send the bus down some narrow streets which I find odd. Surely some mistake?

Meanwhile, FFS where does this bus go!!! It's the UE8 which I think is an around-town service. Sort the map out people!!

Won’t it change our lives? Scanning your cards to get on a bus rather than scrabbling for change after getting out of pacha at 7am and trying to get on the service bus with cleaners and so forth.

That's good to see, always a bit of a faff getting to those hotels @ Talamanca. However those that run the little boat across might not be so happy, although last year (Oct) I couldn't find it - had moved from it's old docking point to...where?? Is it still a thing?

Also at San An bus station I swear its a different process every time ive caught one. Either buy a ticket inside, from the hatch, or they want you to pay the driver. I always pick the wrong option :)
