It's consequence-driven sanction in the absence of a sufficiently objective test. They penalize drink and drug-positive drivers in UK who have caused no damage to themselves or anyone else in a very draconian way with no second chances because they can easily measure/prove it and produce evidence. It's absolutely true that there are a tonne of drivers doing things just as dangerous if not even more so, like having a barney with their spouse or kids while driving, and nothing happens unless there is an incident and those factors are brought in as aggravating factors.

Around 8am A black car above the concrète wall that separate the roads :eek:,10am position on road ibz town to San an (they put it on right side when back to ibzctown), the road with white pedestral zone..someone on way to hit a pedestral one?brakes and slide on left
I couldnt believe there could be a crash car there..

Crashcar may happen only a few mn b4 we get close to it. I feel blessed

On dancefloor im trying to get into the mood,even lot my best définition of kickin Music,some good party until a point i need to leave ..wasxhesitztiong to go to Matkub Satori..around 4h30am ?

Simply as we left 6h40pm as some mate was little tired and need Cold shower to recover his brain ?
3 guys left the place for recovery shower then Blue Marlin Agoria +Harvey (9h30pm 11pm,short set)
Agoria was dancing among people along Harvey set ,close by 5meters ?
1 stayed at ibz rocks
