I want to go but my Keeper is working again on Saturday  I have never been, it is so on my to-do list, I know people who go every year and they say the atmosphere pi$$es over everything else, definitely next year :D

I would love to go but Keeper is working (boooo!)

You might get to meet me anyway I am out playing in Brighton Town next wkend  :p :D

Robder, I've just had a look at the website and there are only 2 dance tents this year... WTF??

I always love the trade tent but this year they're sharing it with 8 other clubs... must be some massive funk off tent

i used to adore gay pride, and went every year. it certainly was the best atmosphere by a mile, and such friendly friendly, up for it mad and wild crowd. i have seen frankie knuckles and numerous other top jocks spin at pride. i though they changed their name to mardi gras, and went a bit down-hill, but by the sounds of it the name is back to the way it was. gay pride is the best, and if your in london, you should go out of your way to go. although it did get a bit 'touristy' the last times i went, the spirit im sure is certainly still there. also pride in brighton is not bad. your making me jealous. :p

yep the one in finsbury park was the last i went to. just popped in for a little boogie, and it was a depressing sight, compared to previos years. that was in 2000 and i think the first or second year they changed their operation quite a bit. i went in 94, 95, 96 & 97 and they were sooo fab!!!

what´s that Hyde Park Thingy about???

its a free(donations welcome?)i think festival celebrating gay freedom of expression and life. something like that, and it surely is one full on party not to be missed if your around london and want to get down with the maddest, baddest and most fabolous of them all. gay pride is really a celebration of all life wether, young old, gay or straight, it all just about open minds and party- party... 8)

Would that be the weekend of the 1st-3rd August? I'm at the Big Chill festival  .

Btw, talking of shirt lifters, it's Brighton pride on the 9th August, a much more respectable weekend to come down. There's a big party on at the conference centre afterwards too :p .
