HTC or IPhone?

the thing that amuses me most about this debate is how everyone with an IPhone isn't willing to accept there could be a better, free alternative, to the product they've flocked towards.....

i've never used an IPhone, nor do I know if all the glitches/issues I constantly hear users moaning about are really that bad....but I know the HTC provides me with everything I need and it cost me nothing.

My boyfriend has an i-phone and I bought an HTC wildfire yesterday after being jealous of his phone for a few weeks then realising I already have an ipod :)
It' a phone at the end of the day both have a pretty pants camera, I don't get people who play with their phones all day - I don't even know why I have this phone and not a £15 nokia from tesco.

If an i-phone had an amazing camera and the i-pod bit then I would get one as I love my i-pod and camera but I couldn't give a toss about facebook mobile or silly apps. Give me a couple of weeks to change my mind about the apps though, I've just downloaded a very addictive girraffe :)

After 5 years of having an iphone. The 5 lasted 3 days before it was sent back ive gone for the Galaxy S3.
Im surprised by the amount of companies that dont have android versions of their apps.

What do you think of the S3? Switched from the iPhone 4 to the Galaxy S3 and it's the best decision I've ever made.

roffle, how bizare...

Having been a HTC groupie for a while, recently the damned HTC sensation became a malfunctioning pain in the ass (also had two repairs for a fallen out volume rocker switch, a design flaw apparently).

Got a new SIII a few weeks ago and it is quite simply the best gadget I have ever owned. Quad core processor on a mobile phone, that's just bonkers!!!

It's a wonderful machine :)
Best thing I've ever bought. And It's in a beautiful GarnetRed too :D

I'm a massive fan of the SIII now. I'm fully aware i'm not using it to anywhere near its full potential and its on a level with the iphone if not better.

Yet another extremely happy S3 owner here. 8)
Really.. it's so far and away the best phone on the market right now. And the screen is just gorgeous. And I've learned to really love Android.

I didn't want to move from my blackberry, but i'm very happy with the S3. I'm even getting the hang of the touch screen, which is why I didn't want to use.

Just wait for the Android S IV ;)
Hmm....

I was actually so excited when I read the specs of this phone, I bought the first official S3 sold in Russia 8)
Got a text from my operator saying they were starting sales at one of their stores. Went down there and the place was full but no one was near the cashier. When sales started, I walked up and plopped down my debit card
then went home and canceled my Amazon UK pre-order.

I've got the iPhone 5 and I love it. Does everything I need it to. That said, I've never really had a look at everything else so can't really compare the 2, but I can't think of anything else I'd need a phone to do.

Has anyone got the S3 mini? Much difference to the regular one or is it just mini in size and specification?
