Cool, we'll get a plan together at Es Vive, unfortunately I'll be working in the day but you know me, any excuse for a couple of glasses of wine after work or at the wkend :P ;)

last time i went we mashed it up 14 night in a row. to cure the post holiday comedown we went to our mates caravan in the lakedistrict and went waterskiing and wakeboarding for a week to wind down. worked a treat.

THE BEST THING ON DEPARTURE DONT SAY GOOD BYE TO IBIZA MAKE IT A SEE YOU LATER !!

SAY THAT TO EVERYONE YOU MEET CAUSE YOU KNOW ONE DAY YOU WILL BE BACK

Deffo always plan something else good to look forward...

I suppose the kind of people who use this site enjoy looking forward to goodtimes+++...so it'll be tough to avoid the anticlimax when back...

My plan is to survive the week I'm back and have a big weekend the week after

That is definitely the way forward. A good night out, showing off your tan and remembering that Britain ain't all that bad for clubbing.

Yay a night out clubbing the first wkend back is definitely the answer and it helps that you're all nice and brown and skinny :P

Except I cant show off a tan having none of that stuff that makes tans (?mellanin)...I could however show off by beetroot nose and freckles :)

Sar just cries when it’s time to come back to the UK so I try to plan a big night out so we have something to look forwards to.

I usally take a few occassions out of the trip to write in my travel journal. For some reason writing down my feelings acts as a way to ease the transition from Ibiza to 'real-life'. It's also nice to read the journal and see myself changing over the years. When I return home I cherish the pictures most of all.

it's all about the stories

just think you can tell all your fellow spotlighters what you got up to an you get to tell all your mates that didn't come

Coming home can be v depressing, especially when you looked forward to going so much. Me and my bloke are gonna have a weekend away in Liverpool for Creamfields. It's only 2 weeks after we come back from Ibiza so that will keep us going.

Also, I detox when I come back, get back to the gym, get my fitness level back up, plenty of sleep etc. That helps alot. Although I love going on holiday I couldn't carry on the habits I have in Ibiza all the time. I miss my sleep and the gym. By the end of my holiday Im craving healthy food! I'm quite sad really!

Me too, I always want to get back in the gym and have salads, fruits and no alcohol one month after Iibza - maybe thats why i get so down hihi

That's where you're going wrong, I get back and drink wine constantly to get me thru it.

First day back at work I get all my girlies to the pub at lunchtime and we consume as many bottles of wine that are humanly possible in an hour, always does the trick :P :D

i need to feel healthy and fit again, before doing it........

Lol, that's my problem I never feel fit and healthy, just keep on abusing the old body 8O :P Then again if my body wasn't being put thru abuse it wouldn't know what had happened to it :P

God nooooo way, I'd be bored out my brain - wine, clubbing and marlboro lights for me :P I've got thru 27 years in one piece so I must be doing something right lol 8O :P ;)
