How long til' you go?

Just printed off my return ticket. jet2 wanted a MINIMUM of £14 just to select your own seat :evil:; no cheaper option (ie centre-row) so sod that, just let them self-select and got exactly what I wanted for free, aisle near the front.
Bring that wine round!!

Airlines should have day-returns for those of us suffering withdrawl symptoms to fill in the gaps. Should get it on the NHS as well, treat it as an anti-depressant :p

The worst time for regular visitors must be that last break in October when it's sooo long until spring. Ibiza should have a temporary roof for winter...shouldn't cost that much, surely ;) c'mon Ibiza council, look at all that tourist tax you've been raking in...

Weather permitting I would go from the airport, change bus @ San Juan (I think it's called, adjacent to PdB) and head for Salinas, swim eat and drink there and then head back later. Last year I done around 13 hours, this was last summer for Cox at Privi. Landed at half 9pm, cab straight to Priv, left Priv at 6, went beach for an hour then back to airport to catch the 10:00am flight home.

Also done 15 hours on the island for Music On Closing pt 2 last year, landed at 9pm again and flew back at 12pm the next day.

I cant decide whether thats brilliant or ridiculous. I wouldnt bother going to Ibiza for anything less than three nights.
 
U have to be very ibz addictive to go just for 1-2 days :D (unless leaving in BCN)
Couldn't see myself going less than 2 weeks at least ,makin exceptions 11days , opening 16 and opening 18,only 4 days i found it very short

Considering I had already done a 12 night trip in early June I was more than happy with it. Each trip cost me less than 250-300 all in for flights and spending, obviously didn't need a hotel. No different to going on a heavy night out really just had to get a plane instead of getting the train.

That's what I am doing for afterlife, arrive July 12 8am chill out all day get to afterlife about 1 am leave about 6am flight around 14pm

That’s dedication. Thought I was mad doing a 36 hour bender with my mates doing Ushuaïa closing and leaving space closing 11pm to catch flight at 12.30am. Then I broke my record with 27 hours landing at 9.30pm with a bit of sankeys followed by a day at destino with an evening of solomun +1, on the plane for 12.30 again. Yes you are mad but so what! I love a mini adventure, Nothing beats it.
 
I'd go for a weekend but then I'm only 51mins away!

I think forum member Kimajy said he's flown in for just an afternoon before. Not too sure what point he was trying to make there though.
 
Some italian bloke wrote, hard rain today in ibz (it was raining too yesterday),i just pray No rain along my stay :eek:

34 sleeps for me, trip # 10. Last minute didn't think would be going any time soon. Flights, transfer, baggage, 6 nts SA new Sa Clau place £479 for TWO :D
