Handing my notice in

Well I work in Financial Service, and when you hand notice in they assume you are leaving to work for a competitor and will steal business from them, so would rather just pay you, and you go!

Which is excellent for me, gives me more time to relocate and get myself setlled. Plus my salary is paid a month in arrears, so will still get a pay at the end of Nov. Excellent.

P.s. congratulations on finally doing it, bet thats a weight off your shoulders!
