Wow. I remember the crowd funding on Facebook. We have quite a few mutual friends, although I don't know him at all.

What happened to all the money?

Steve Proctor was a Don back in london in the early 90's. Done a lot of my early clubbing to his music. RAW club (@ the YMCA off Tottenham Court Rd) and Villa Stefano(next to Holburn tube). Now they were two proper clubs.
