What is this Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish thing, I've heard lots of good reports about it, but what is it - cleanser, toner??
It truly is a godsend! It's a cream cleanser which you rub onto dry skin, then you rinse the cloth you also get with it with warm water and then remove the cream from your face. Honestly, leaves it absolutely glowing and sorts out any skin irritations. It's also really quick for when you come in a bit the worse for wear and can't be bothered with cotton pads, etc.
You can get a Liz Earle Toner which is nice but I reckon that you don't really need one as you're rinsing off the cleaner. I then follow it with a Clarins serum and then my normal moisuriser/night-cream.

Im just coming to the end of my facial wash, currently use Nick Lowe range which you can buy from Boots but im not happy with it. I cant use anything on my skin without getting blemishes, even the simple range
